Managing Principal with recruiting, onboarding, platform engagement, and market activation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast paced, innovative environment.
Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Brokerage & Recruiting Support
- Assist with recruiting activities, tracking broker pursuits, and maintaining recruiting materials and reports.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and support outreach efforts.
Associate & Intern Program Coordination
- Help manage structured programs across seasonal terms.
- Liaise with the companies intern program and market and assist in training and mentoring initiatives.
Platform & Technology Engagement
- Support adoption and training of internal platforms (e.g., ENGAGE, Integrated
- Consulting Group).
- Track usage and provide feedback on platform effectiveness.
AI & Social Media Integration
- Use AI tools for content creation and internal communications.
- Support social media campaigns and monitor engagement metrics.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency
Strategic Planning & Market Activation
- Coordinate strategy meetings and assist in tracking goals and market trends.
- Support implementation of strategic plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Internal Communications & Events
- Organize meetings, town halls, and broker appreciation events.
- Manage content for internal recognition screens and newsletters.
Administrative & Special Projects
- Assist with expense reports, referral tracking, and market share studies.
- Support special projects involving dashboards, client engagement, and industry outreach.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in brokerage operations, recruiting, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) and social media platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and collaboration tools (Teams,
- SharePoint).
- Basic understanding of analytics and CRM platforms.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $26.56 - $31.25
