As part of the four-person Operations team, you will participate in the coordination of administrative, supply, and logistics flows between the distribution center, internal/external clients, and divisions, ensuring full visibility and daily follow-up of ongoing activities and events.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Manage and coordinate all administrative processes related to sales operations
• Oversee and follow up on customer orders from receipt to delivery
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales and retail prices records
• Collaborate closely with field sales teams and key stakeholders across divisions, regions and markets
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries (phone and email)
• Prepare sales reports and analyses for the department
• Support the continuous improvement of administrative procedures
• Participate in product launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial departments
• Support event coordination by adapting transport plan accordingly
• Validate & codify intercompany and suppliers' invoices
• Act as a point of contact for retail stores and boutiques
• Process and invoice Purchase & sales orders
• Track incoming goods and manage customs clearance and freight invoices
• Plan and follow up on national and international logistics flows
• Coordinate supply chain and logistics activities between markets and divisions, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. Using KPi’s and dashboard
• Manage and coordinate transfers, quality and aged stock flows (reverse logistics)
• Guarantee daily visibility and monitoring of key events and activities across the three divisions (Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry)
• Demonstrate strong prioritization and stress management skills to ensure smooth execution in a dynamic environment

Your profile:
• Master's degree from management/engineer School or equivalent in Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Native French speaker
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in Spanish & Portuguese is an asset
• Excellent command of standard IT tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with Excel data
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)
