We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

  • Support the Affordable Housing Mortgage Banking team in coordinating deals from quote through application, underwriting, and closing.
  • Set up and manage electronic deal files, ensuring documents are organized, current, and compliant with Berkadia and agency requirements.
  • Collect and track borrower and property deliverables, including rent rolls, regulatory agreements, HAP contracts, bond/LIHTC documents, and third‑party reports.
  • Enter and maintain accurate deal, contact, and property data in Salesforce/Omniview and other internal systems
  • Coordinate ordering, delivery, and tracking of third‑party reports (appraisal, environmental, PCA) and follow up with vendors and borrowers on deadlines.
  • Assist with team reporting, closing calendars, and weekly pipeline updates for producers and leadership.
  • Monitor and claim incoming wires for application fees, deposits, and closing proceeds; ensure accurate attribution to the correct loans/deals and timely communication with producers, borrowers, and internal accounting/closing teams.
  • Partner with producers and marketing to create, edit, and post content highlighting Dallas Affordable Housing transactions, market insights, and team achievements on LinkedIn and other approved platforms.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the Dallas Affordable Housing team

We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, loan processing, or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple files, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents, data entry, and numbers (e.g., tracking deliverables, fees, and wire information).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable creating trackers, simple reports, and updating templates.
  • Familiarity with CRM or database systems (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort learning new internal systems to maintain accurate deal, contact, and property data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with internal teams, borrowers, vendors, and other external partners.
