The FRB St. Louis Treasury Division is seeking an experienced Operations and Production Support Senior Manager to lead our technical support team in delivering exceptional operational support for three U.S. Treasury accounting applications. In this role, you will leverage your leadership expertise to motivate and develop a technical production support team, oversee cloud-based application operations, and build strong partnerships with U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical acumen, team leadership skills, and stakeholder management experience to ensure optimal application performance, security compliance, and continuous improvement of support operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight for application production support activities, including issue tracking, technical troubleshooting, and communication through resolution.
  • Oversee program and risk management activities for assigned programs, including internal and external audit coordination, business contingency and resiliency planning, and control reviews.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including U.S. Treasury program leadership, Information Security Officers (ISSO), Treasury Support Division (TSD), and product and engineering leadership.
  • Lead and mentor Production Support staff including conducting performance evaluations and promoting the advancement of their cloud skillset and technical capabilities.
  • Conduct external stakeholder meetings and internal team meetings to communication information and drive alignment
  • Oversee budget management, program metrics, and ensure procedure compliance across operations support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems design, management or related discipline or commensurate experience.
  • 7 years of experience in application development and/or production support
  • 5 years of experience leading and managing technical teams
  • Proven track record managing production issues within a cloud-based application environment
  • Demonstrated experience working in and with agile and product teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary: $150-194k
