We are looking for a highly motivated individual and team player to join the Alliances & Channels Business Concierge team focused on implementing industry best practice in documentation management.

The right candidate will be a self-starter, action-oriented and comfortable navigating infrastructural challenges and competing priorities. 

Provides support, direction and Quality Control to ensure business, quality and compliance goals are met. Partner with other Departments to ensure that Documentation programs and Records Management policies are completed in a compliant and efficient manner.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, editing, and formatting of SOPs, Enablement materials, and other policy pertaining to our operational workstreams documents supplied by the SMEs.

  • Liaison with key stakeholders e.g., Quality, Change Control, SMEs etc. to ensure compliance, correctness, content, and delivery.

  • Lead the tracking and maintaining of the project document delivery schedules for the team.

  • Foster Best Practices with globally consistent and scalable knowledge sharing programs

  • Engage with Change Control and the wider project team to ensure documents are prepared and updated in time for different stages of C&Q execution and production.

  • Coordinate the setup and training on the channel tools

  • Can develop process maps and identify process improvement recommendations 

  • Proactively drive process and policy improvement to support a fast growing channel

  • Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and metrics for partner and reseller ops

  • Problem Solver, share new ideas and approaches, hypothesis driven and end-product focused;




 

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Documentation Specialist or equivalent

  • Advanced PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing team

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude even under stressful situations

  • Extreme attention to detail with a strategic eye

  • Stakeholder management of multi decision makers, colleagues, peers, and cross functional teams.

  • Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience



 

Other Requirements/Nice to have:

  • Salesforce.com product certifications are a plus (Administrator, Advanced Administrator)

  • Experience with Partner Program Operations and Support

  • Fluency in English and one or more other languages a plus;
