Summary: 

The Operations Analyst will report to the Project Portfolio Analyst providing complex operations, project management and administrative support for our key tools used by M&A, Project Management and other departments under Operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to modular building, reporting and analysis, process improvement, managing cross functional communications, and change management in our respective tools. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development and implementation of changes to department processes based on the thorough review and analysis of our current policies, resources, operations, processes, and procedures.  

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze diligence requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.  

  • Work with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and user groups to develop and execute project work.  

  • Record and distribute meeting notes, prioritize resulting projects, identifying, and tracking action items, and capturing decisions from project meetings.  

  • Develop, maintain, and improve key executive dashboards and key performance indicators that drive optimal diligence and integration success.  

  • Create and update various technical documentation and process maps as needed.  

  • Maintain training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and departmental reporting.  

  • Manage workflow automation and project management system enhancements.  

  • Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations and communicates with other departments, as necessary.  

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management.  

 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

  • Must be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed.  

  • Be highly successful in a collaborative, hands on environment.  

  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle various tasks, and productivity demands while maintaining a positive, controlled, professional presence.  

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to interact effectively with people across various responsibility and authority levels.  

  • Experience managing multiple competing projects, tracking progress, and timely completing tasks.  

  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving, with strong decision-making capability.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly master internal technology platforms.  

  • Dependable, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement.   

 

Education, Training and Experience:  

  • Two or more years of project management, analytics, or operational experience  

  • 4-year college degree (preferred) or relevant work experience  

  • Experience with Smartsheet is a plus   

 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
