Location Overview:

Role Description:

Payment Control Operations (PCO) team is a centralized team within Shared Service and Control Operations in the Global Credit Operations division with the sole responsibility for the creation and maintenance of customer notebook records as well as the establishment of repetitive wire instructions in the applicable loan application system (LOAN IQ/Cash Pro).

Responsibilities:

  • Admin Vetting Lender set ups - Lender setup of multiple contacts as well as all RI’s listed for all currencies as well as methods.
  • Call-back validation - Conduct call-back checks with counterparties to validate wiring instructions whilst operating in line with operational risk policies.
  • Migration work on behalf of regions - Supporting the regional PCO team with permitted tasks, i.e. scrub work, bulk requests.
  • Deal facility sheet (Agency) - PCO EMEA assist with the onboarding of the static data in LoanIQ for the Lender and Borrowers to ensure set up and completion for the agent on the deal facility sheet.
  • Administrative Contact set up changes - Making sure contact information is up to date and any relevant primary information is selected. Example: Phone numbers, email addresses, fax and legal names etc.
  • Name changes - Process legal entity name changes (e.g., due to mergers, acquisitions, or rebranding)
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks required in the support of the lending portfolio.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have performed a similar role previously and have a deep understanding of maintaining payments in Loan IQ.
  • Understanding of payments and SWIFT/FED message formatting.
  • You will be able to act independently and apply a risk-based approach
  • Loan IQ Experience preferable
  • You will have excellent knowledge of lending, servicing, payments and loans
  • You will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • You will have excellent communication skills at all levels.

  • Previous loan product, documentation and payments experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Having an analytical mindset
