Drive daily and weekly staffing strategies in partnership with Resource Management, Site Directors, and Managers to meet forecasted volumes, attendance, and business needs. Ensure balanced skilling plans through demand and capacity analysis. Monitor systems and metrics in real-time, adjusting resource allocations to maintain service levels.
Support business operations by applying professional expertise to routine processes, reporting, and project implementation. Contribute to service level performance, documentation, and client reporting. Help ensure production targets are met and controls are in place. May mentor junior team members and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do to make a difference:
Monitor staffing levels throughout the day and assess the need for skilling changes.
Maintain employee profiles and reallocate resources to accommodate different types of work.
Monitor compliance to manufacturer specific performance guarantees, adjust skilling accordingly and notify management of problems as soon as possible.
Provide various reports multiple times a day to management and stakeholders on trends, volume, productivity, quality, service levels, etc. Run ad hoc reports as requested.
Communicate performance and scheduling updates at Daily Production Meetings.
Respond to incoming schedule requests
Complete necessary paperwork for access for new or transferring employees.
Respond to incoming analysis requests.
Run existing SQL queries and modify them as per need.
Create Excel templates to run reports.
Create Excel dashboards.
Update workflows and existing forms in SharePoint.
Update data repository that feeds Tableau dashboards.
Additional duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful:
High School Diploma or GED is required
5 years of planning, forecasting, or command center work experience is highly preferred
1 year experience in a production environment preferred
Ability to perform V look ups, pivot tables, graphs, Macros, etc. to create reports required
Experience in resource management / workforce planning preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; experience with Care Central and/or RX Home systems and tools
Knowledge of PARCM systems and platforms preferred
Demonstrated understanding of PARCM’s processes and procedures.
Excellent phone, oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
Extremely detail oriented
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
Knowledge of PBM industry/Managed care industry preferred.
Expertise at writing SQL scripts to pull relevant data from CareCentral and RxHome is a PLUS.
Knowledge to Update workflows and existing forms in SharePoint is a PLUS.
