Job Description

  

Operations Administrator

As an Operations Administrator, you will be an essential partner in ensuring our Rancho Cordova site runs smoothly and remains a safe, welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. Your adaptability and strong administrative skills will support multiple business areas, helping us meet the needs of a growing operation with long‑term stability and continued customer demand. What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support across the operations, supply chain, and maintenance organization
  • Coordinate visitor access, including scheduling site visits and ensuring compliance with visitor procedures
  • Deliver professional, customer‑focused service to employees, customers, and visitors
  • Support general office operations, including maintaining records, managing communications, tracking costs for purchased services and materials, and assisting with office systems
  • Communicate effectively through phone, email, and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams
  • Coordinate the procurement of supplies, tools, materials, and service items, including vendor selection, pricing review, order tracking, and delivery verification
  • Review facility layouts for changes and submit updates to drafting for facility map revision
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support facility needs as they arise
  • Assist with maintaining a well‑organized, safe, and efficient working environment
  • Collaborate with managers and internal partners to support facility‑related activities
  • Provide scheduling and coordination support for events, company travel, and meetings
  • Take notes during meetings and capture action items as needed
  • Support the daily site escalation meeting by preparing content, consolidating slides, and capturing action items
  • Coordinate travel and visitor scheduling for assigned reporting structures, including booking logistics through Sterling as requested
  • Manage catering orders for month‑end activities and weekend work
  • Plan and coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and other employee morale‑building events

What you need

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills – required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel – required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment – required
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially as it pertains to data entry – required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role – required
  • Experience with general office systems and processes – preferred
  • Ability to work onsite at our Rancho Cordova location – required

Salary Range:

$34,300.00-$45,700.000
