Role Description:

The OT&E Manager is a member of the Capability Manager’s team and works to the direction of the Cyber Capability and general guidance of the Chief Engineer. The OT&E Manager is responsible for planning, 
coordinating, executing and reporting on Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities including verifying for the capability manager, and the user community that the delivered system meets operational capability needs.

Essential requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT or other related disciplines
  • The ability to gain and maintain a TSPV clearance (must be an Australia citizen)
  • Operational Test and Evaluation experience in a Defence environment
  • Military operations and exercise experience
  • DevSecOps inclusive of test automation

Desirable requirements:

  • Familiar with Windows and Linux
  • Familiar with hypervisor technologies
  • Familiar with networking technologies
