As an Operational Support Specialist in Barcelona, you will play a critical role in maintaining systems, supporting users, and enabling business continuity.

What you will do in this role
- Provide technical support across multiple environments, resolving incidents and managing service requests within SLA and quality standards.
- Monitor systems and identify potential issues, escalating and reporting as needed to prevent wider impact.
- Support business locations with on-site and remote assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning, and device preparation for new starters.
- Manage IT assets and equipment, including inventory control, device lifecycle, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver training and documentation, including onboarding sessions, refresher trainings, and user guides to improve adoption and reduce incidents.
Your qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or call center environments.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Solid knowledge of PC hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset and high attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of PC & Print devices and hardware
