We’re looking for an Operational Shift Manager to lead the daily operations at our Heathrow Satellite Branch. This is a crucial leadership role in a high-security, service-critical environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all Note machine operational staff
Oversee daily operations on the road and ensure communication and collaboration with proving cash centre
Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational excellence
Conduct daily huddles and tier meetings with CIT and management
Deliver effective training, coaching, and performance reviews
Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean tools (Kaizen, Gemba walks).
Maintain high compliance and safety standards across the team and fleet
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and coach teams in a high-pressure environment.
Strong communicator who can tailor messaging to suit the audience.
Adaptable and solution-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
Skilled in prioritisation, time management, and performance tracking.
Experience in managing security-sensitive operations or logistics preferred.
Familiar with operational audits, 5S standards, and fleet compliance.
