Job Description:
The jobholder is responsible for supporting and contributing to the Operational Reliability for Aircraft less than 3 months (OR3M) activity and contributing to the A320 Family communication media for our customers, under the supervision of the Airbus A320 Family program.
The jobholder is responsible for the following activities:
Analyzing new Operational Interruption (OI) events (new or recurrent topics, potential Technical Root Cause (RC) identification) and pre-categorizing them (Engineering or Quality). This includes proposing necessary actions and updating the Skywise OR3M database with the identified action plans.
Performing technical analysis of events, establishing the way forward, and ensuring feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Preparing and leading the following recurring reviews:
The weekly OI screening review with the OR3M committee.
The biweekly Quality screening review of OI with the OR3M Quality committee.
The monthly mini-Steering meeting.
Preparing the content for the Steering meeting pack.
Conducting specific analyses linked to defined customers , and preparing subsequent presentations on trends, RC identification, and recommendations.
Supporting and contributing to the A320 Family program's Watchtower & FAIR Forum activities.
Managing local subcontracting activities on the OR Boost scope.
OR3M
Coordination of the Data extraction of new OI from Skywise (PIREPS, PFR, Removals) on a weekly basis.
Analysis of events (new or recurrent topics) and Pre-categorization (Engineering or Quality) of the events.
Launch appropriate Technical dossier and Engineering investigation with In Service Engineering for event understanding and terminating action identification.
Monitor and make recommendations to improve fleet performance and new delivered aircraft maturity
Work in partnership with the Quality/MAP/FAL/Engineering community) and support the investigation where relevant
Prepare and support screening reviews (Prepare one pager for each topics to be presented during screening),
Coordinate Screening agenda and invitation,
Ensure In Service Engineering or Quality feedback before the screening,
Run the screening meeting and update Skywise OR3M database with results
Release minutes, release "OR3M checklist" to In Service engineering if validated during the screening (emerging issues)
Prepare Monthly mini Steering content statistics, graphs, top emerging topics (including mitigation & solutions). Review of the draft content with A320 program support for validation.
Prepare, support and participate to OR3M Steering Program Committee quarterly:
Prepare Steering content (statistics, graphs, top emerging topics (including mitigation & solutions), specific operator issues, road map for improvements, quality impacts....
Create TR for Shop findings, additional data & TS, final maintenance action request to the field service
Send reminder to Filed representative & In service engineering for requested data, if necessary
Compile topics under the same ATA chapters and review topics with In Service Engineering (mitigations, solutions, way fwd and FPI review). Update Skywise OR3M database with results
Compile Quality topics and review topics with QS (FAL awareness, QSR, RFI, SARI....). Update Skywise OR3M database with results
Challenge event chargeability with SBO based on FSR feedback
Keep A320Fam Program Managers in the loop for any emergent topics
Specific Analysis - On request (FRM, Quality Meeting, PRM): Update dedicated tables/presentation of OI linked to defined Customers for RC identification, Internal operator issues....
Ensure the management of subcontracting deliverables & operations on the OR Boost scope.
