Operational Marketing Officer
Specific Responsibilities:
Based in Brussels, you report to the Head of Marketing & Communication for the France, Belgium & Luxembourg Cluster and work closely with the Belux country manager.
You manage the daily internal and external Marketing & Communication for BeLux:
- Execute the marketing plan to drive awareness and growth,
- Provide support to the lines of business to promote AIG’s products,
- Support for the organization of external events with brokers or clients,
- Support for the organization and preparation of internal events in Belgium (Colleagues Updates, …),
- Responsible for the daily update of Intranet and Belgium corporate website,
- Support of Cluster initiatives / projects,
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for the Cluster (ERGs).
Job requirements:
- Marketing and communications knowledge with initial years of work experience, ideally in the Financial or Insurance industry or other relevant sectors,
- You speak and write Dutch, English & French,
- You have a University degree in Marketing & Communications,
- You are structured and conscientious, can be multitask, manage complex workloads and meet tight deadlines without any problems
- You are motivated, proactive and solution-oriented.
- You are a team player in an international environment.
