We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Consultant to join our Operational Excellence team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to be involved in the design and delivery of transformative change centered around the themes of Digitization, Process Improvement, Risk Management and Customer Centricity. Working with a broad group of professionals across the organization, the role provides process improvement expertise to support those key initiatives.

Technical proficiency in process/quality improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, Kaizen, and change management preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
Familiarity with Agile Mindset & Frameworks (i.e., Scrum)
