Operation Readiness Manager
Project Overview
The project involves the execution of large‑scale gas facilities, including offshore platforms, pipelines, onshore processing facilities, utilities, and associated infrastructure, under EPC and PMC contracting models. Manpower is required across various project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up.
General Responsibilities
- Support project execution in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, HSE, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with client, other PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client standards.
- Participate in progress meetings, reporting, and interface coordination.
- Identify risks, issues, and constraints; propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.
- Support construction completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities as applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, offshore, or power projects.
- Experience working in EPC and/or PMC environments.
- Familiarity with international codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on site-based assignments (onshore/offshore).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience.
Preferred Experience
- Middle East project experience in EPC/PMC
- Offshore platform, pipeline, or gas processing facility exposure.
- Experience with brownfield / live facility / SIMOPS projects.
- Prior involvement in pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
