The Operation & Process Specialist will support Contract Delivery Management (CDM) and Business Intelligence and Bid Management (BIBM) teams. These teams play a critical role in driving the end-to-end lifecycle of customer engagements—from the initial bid and proposal stage through contract finalization and execution, to the successful delivery of goods or services. This role acts as a key operational link between Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams, ensuring that all elements of the sales and delivery process are aligned, efficient, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support throughout the lifecycle of customer engagements, from bid and proposal preparation to contract delivery and support, in order to ensure seamless coordination between the internal teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Drive improvements to processes and tools that affect various aspects of the customer account and contract lifecycle management.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for tenders and proposals, coordinating internal approvals, and ensuring that contractual terms are clearly understood and executable.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Bid, Contract Delivery Management, Business Intelligence, Product, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance to facilitate on-time execution of tasks and achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales and contract delivery processes and propose executable solutions.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, process improvement or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions in public tenders
  • Past experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong customer focus and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Expert in the Google Suite, specifically Docs, Slides & Sheets.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Zoho), CLM (Ironclad, Evisort) and ERP (Oracle) tools is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French and English (for interacting with English-speaking colleagues and clients outside of Quebec).

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Montreal area is CAD $57,600 - CAD $72,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
