Rakuten is developing a daily necessities e-commerce business centered on "Rakuten24 Express" within "Rakuten Ichiba". This business is not limited to mere product sales, but also focuses on creating new customer experiences that lead the industry, such as aggressive TV commercials. "Rakuten24 Express" is a delivery service that delivers products at a time specified by the user. In this position, you will lead quality control projects and promote the efficiency and improvement of operations such as product registration, renewal, and voluntary recall. In addition, we expect you to be responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies related to multi-SKU and SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and to provide strong support for business growth from a quality perspective.

Position Details
At Rakuten24 Express, a rapidly growing company within the Rakuten Group, you will lead the optimization of operations in line with business expansion.
Within the FMCG Planning Department, you will not simply perform checking tasks, but will be a project manager responsible for building and standardizing systems from scratch in the "0 to 1 to 10 phase."
Main Responsibilities
1. Promotion and Leadership of Quality Control Projects
- Identify issues in the current flow, from product registration to voluntary recalls (emergencies), and promote efficiency and speed through automation and system integration (operational improvement)
- Develop the necessary infrastructure for business growth, such as strategic planning for multi-SKUs and establishing an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) management system (execution of business strategy)
- Manage progress based on numerical data and measure the effectiveness of improvement measures (KPI management and reporting)
2. Stakeholder Management
- Smoothly promote projects by involving multiple departments such as planning, development, logistics, and CS
- Research and consideration of new technologies and trends
3. Organization and Human Resource Development (Future Role)
- Develop and guide members, and strengthen the team structure.
Specific Project Examples
- Promoting efficiency and speed through automation and system integration
- Analyzing the impact on product code systems, inventory management, logistics, and systems, and considering countermeasures
- Formulating and supporting the implementation of specific SKU deployment plans
- Setting KPIs, managing progress, and reporting on quality control
- Considering and implementing SDS (Safety Data Sheet) policies
- Investigating relevant laws and regulations, and establishing compliance systems
- Standardizing and streamlining management processes
- Establishing collaboration with suppliers and information gathering systems
- Providing information and education on SDS to internal stakeholders

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of the daily necessities retail industry and e-commerce

- Experience in analyzing and planning using Power Point and Excel (experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table)
