The Administration Section works in cooperation with overseas subsidiaries to manage the investment portfolio through monitoring investees and reviewing financial statements, as well as planning and managing general matters.

Position Details
You will be responsible for practical tasks that ensure both quality and speed in managing investment operations—from the consideration stage through execution, monitoring, evaluation, and even the management and budgeting of investment entities (funds/SPCs).
Main Responsibilities
- Support for execution during investment consideration and implementation
- Assistance with investment monitoring
- Review of financial statements of investees and quarterly investment evaluations
- Portfolio management and risk control related to investments
- Comprehensive management of investment entities
- Other administrative and operational tasks related to business management

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in administrative roles (such as accounting, management accounting, investment management, internal control) at business companies, financial institutions, audit firms, or consulting firms
- Ability to interpret financial statements (BS/PL/CF) and basic knowledge required for quarterly evaluations and audit responses
- Skills in operating ledgers and reports using Excel (functions, pivot tables, data formatting)
- Ability to execute projects and maintain deadlines and quality through collaboration with multiple departments; strong communication skills
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) for both conversation and document preparation
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in management and operations at VC/CVC/PE/investment firms
- Practical experience in fund/SPC administration and governance operations, as well as evaluation (FV) processes
- Advisory or audit experience at audit firms or accounting offices, or understanding of JGAAP/IFRS
