The Role

Como operador/a de sistemas, tus principales funciones serán:

• Monitorización proactiva de todas las herramientas de observabilidad.
• Atención de eventos y sus acciones resolutorias
• Coordinación y organización en diferentes procesos de gestión de servidcios como el de “Problemas”, “Cambios” y principalmente en el de “Incidencias”.
• Presencialidad requerida en Ronda.  
• Horario a Turnos.
• Ubicación en Ronda, Sevilla

Who You Are

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Conocimiento de sistemas de alertado de eventos.
• Capacidad de aplicar procedimientos de forma rigurosa, siguiendo todos los pasos de forma ordenada y organizada.
• Conocimientos de herramientas de observabilidad, p.e. Grafana.
• Conocimiento de procesos de Gestión de servicios basados en ITIL, tales como Problemas, Cambios e Incidencias.
