About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead/Consultant with deep expertise in OpenText ECM (Enterprise Content Management)

and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) integrated with SAP. The role involves designing optimized solutions, leading

implementations, and supporting large-scale enterprise projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge, solution design capability, and excellent communication skills to work

effectively with global stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Ability to take complex requirements and either match them to out-of-box capabilities or achieve a final design through

minimal customization of the DMS , VIM/ECM solution

· Weighing the pros/cons of potentials design options with clients and guiding them to consensus on a go-forward, optimized

solution design

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills using English.

· Working both as part of a team (including leading a team) as well as working independently with the business stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to lead small/medium/large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects

· Implementation and Operation Support of XECM/VIM system , DMS with Opentext ADA.

Required Skills

· Minimum 6 or more years of experience in designing, implementing and supporting OpenText ECM (Enterprise content

management) and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions with SAP

· Experience in re-implementation project from ECC to S/4HANA in regards to OpenText ECM and VIM

· End-to-end implementation (requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing support, go-live support) for at

least 1successful XECM/VIM implementation

· Must be familiar with ECM Baseline configuration and end-to-end functionality

· Hands-on knowledge of OpenText and/or SAP Document Management Tools i. e. ADA, xECM, ICC, VIM, EFM

· Strong functional knowledge of the OpenText solution

· Integration for SAP Systems in Extended ECM and SAP DMS with Opentext ADA.

· Experience with implementing Optical Character Recognition solutions strongly preferred, and especially OpenText's OCR

solutions

· SAP ABAP programming skills are highly desired

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications preferred for this position.

· Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions, preferably OpenText OCR.

· SAP ABAP programming knowledge (highly desirable).

· Experience working in multinational environments with global stakeholders.

· Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
