O&P Portfolio Manager

Your Role 

As an O&P Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of the Orthotics & Prosthetics (O&P) Bracing product portfolio across Europe. Your mission is to manage existing products and successfully launch new ones to drive sales and profitability. You will act as the bridge between market needs and global strategy, gathering insights, shaping campaigns, and ensuring our offerings meet European requirements. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, customers, and global stakeholders, reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Marketing & Business Development Bracing and Support in Europe. 

 

Your Tasks 

Execute Regional Go-to-Market Strategy 

  • Align, implement, and coordinate launch strategies for new initiatives and products. 

  • Collaborate with Global B&S Academy, Medical Office, and Global Product Managers. 

  • Work closely with European business analysts, volume & tender managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize product launches. 

Drive Product & Price Management 

  • Support regional product roadmap, lifecycle planning, rationalization, and quality initiatives. 

  • Set pricing aligned with regional market conditions and global strategy. 

Lead Market Analysis 

  • Gather and process market intelligence to guide portfolio management and pricing decisions. 

  • Identify and quantify market opportunities and challenges. 

  • Monitor reimbursement and competitive landscapes, collaborating with Market Access Teams to adapt strategies. 

Manage Key Customer Partnerships 

  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers in collaboration with sales teams. 

  • Organize KOL feedback sessions for new and existing products. 

 

Who Are You? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management and marketing within life sciences or medical devices; experience with bracing & support devices is a plus. 

  • Background in business development and/or sales preferred. 

  • Strong analytical and project management skills. 

  • Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams effectively. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 

  • Fluent in English; Dutch and German are advantageous. 

  • Highly organized with proven task management skills. 

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
