Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or the Markham Elevation Centre Location three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business].

Overview

The Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Excellence Manager plays a critical role in growing the Canadian subscription business through effective packaging & pricing and sales experience strategies, as well as overseeing GTM launch excellence.  In this role, you will lead the OnStar product catalogue, trial strategy & onboarding experiences.  Leveraging your strong strategic planning and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, you will be responsible to ensure effective launch plans are in place and sales channel readiness for key launches in the Canadian market.  Reporting to the National Manager, Revenue Growth, you will apply your leadership and relationship management skills to drive current and future business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead OnStar Canada sales experience, including digital product catalogue plans and pricing, trial and onboarding strategies.

  • Work in partnership with Global OnStar teams to ensure Canada alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business strategy and product management stakeholders in the U.S. and Canada to address Canadian specific business, technical and legal requirements.

  • Ensure that products, systems, or technologies integrate seamlessly, both internally and externally, to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to differentiate the product in the market and appeal to the target audience.

  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as 1-pagers, onboarding material, pitch decks, case studies, and objection handling guides.

  • Establish feedback loops with sales and customer success to continuously refine positioning and messaging based on real-world insights.

  • Develop business reporting and track essential KPIs, conduct performance analysis & optimization.

  • Lead Canadian OnStar launch excellence; hold cross-functional team accountable to execute detailed GTM launch plans.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Dealer and Advisor teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that support multiple revenue channels, including sales, partnerships, and enablement.

  • Deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate business performance insights, key initiatives, and recommendations for action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in the digital and/or technology space, including the understanding of subscription business models.

  • Successfully obtained a Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive self-starter with a proactive attitude and a keen ability to problem-solve in complex, ambiguous and ever-evolving environments.
