What You’ll Be Doing
Independently oversee small to medium-scale events with a single onsite deployment, managing up to 3 temporary staff to support as many as 500 exhibitors.
Prepare onsite documentation, handle posting procedures, manage equipment logistics, and coordinate lead support area setup.
Assume responsibility for specific zones during larger events to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Meet or exceed onsite sales goals by leveraging extensive knowledge of Exhibitor Services products and solutions.
Actively engage exhibitors through direct, face-to-face sales techniques to secure onsite lead retrieval sales and identify upselling opportunities.
Manage client interactions related to show reporting and onsite budget management.
Deliver critical customer service support by overseeing the Exhibitor Services technical inbox and independently addressing Level 2 support inquiries.
College degree or equivalent technical certification preferred.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong written, oral, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations and multiple tasks simultaneously and perform within tight time constraints.
Interpersonal skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, and management.
Must be proficient with Microsoft 365 products: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and carry up to 20 lbs. over long distances.
Ability to stand on your feet for extended durations and walk up to 5 miles daily.
Nice To Have
Experience in a sales environment directly supporting sales representatives with technical issues and deal closing activities.
Event industry experience preferred.

Must live in Frederick, Maryland with the ability to travel up to 90%.
This is a hybrid role
This position requires up to 90% travel (120-150+ days).
Operations primarily on Eastern time zone.
