Location:

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The FLOXAL On-sites Intern will assist Engineering and Reliability with the development of a new technical training program. This program will touch on the most technical aspects of On-Site Nitrogen production. Much of the technical data has been documented, however there is a need to pull it all together into a cohesive program. This training development will likely result in site visits to document details of the operating units.

Development of Training Programs

  • The basic details of approx. twenty technical training courses have been developed in 2024.   The next step is to pull these details and develop training packages that can be rolled out to the operating regions.

  • Use of Google Slides, and video and audio editing software will be needed

  • Consultation with SMEs and Reliability Specialists will be needed to confirm technical details.

  • Visits to operating sites may be necessary in order to confirm training details, and possibly to capture video or audio clips

Data Management, Analysis & Engineering/Reliability Assistance

  • Assist Engineering and Reliability teams analyzing fleet issues as the need arises

  • Contribute to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of Floxal fleet fleet assets through the analysis of the available data in order to create reports and studies against established Maintenance Key Performance Indicators

  • Manage and interpret vast amounts of data for improved asset oversight (PM Compliance, Re-Test, Capital Expenditures, and Asset Databases)

  • Critical Operations Spare Part Initiative

  • Assist with the improvement initiative program for the Floxal National spare part program
