Develop and execute the online marketing plan: Define objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve business goals.
Manage the online brand presence: Ensure consistent brand messaging and a premium brand experience across all e-commerce platforms.
Manage digital marketing campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the performance media specialist to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Manage the online marketing budget: Oversee budgets, track spending, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maximizing ROI.
Manage and develop relationships with key online partners: Build strong relationships with e-retailers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with E-commerce KAMs, media, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
Report on e-commerce performance: Prepare and present monthly e-commerce performance reports.
Job Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably with a well-established firms
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
Strong negotiation skills, data-oriented, analytical and sales budget planning skills
Strong Marketing/Digital fundamentals
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing environments.
A growth mindset, eager to embrace challenges and continuously develop skills to drive personal and organizational success.
