WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is experiencing a substantial increase in business globally and to support our growth we are looking for an Onboarding Stream Lead. This is a truly global role, based in our Warsaw office. In this key role you will work with all our clients across the world and provide business support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by these clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Take overall responsibility for ASH onboarding project management.
Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple teams, including Product Management, Outcome, Outreach, and Testing, as well as AFT and Bottomline.
Lead communication with the client regarding all assigned responsibilities.
Define and maintain regular reporting and risk analysis in collaboration with the Outreach PM and the client’s Program Manager.
Coordinate testing activities with SimCorp teams and execute test planning aligned with the overall project plan.
Work closely with the Validation & Testing (V&T) stream and the wider project/product team to define integration test scope and requirements.
Coordinate requests for sample data and ensure timely availability.
Manage client change requests related to integration scope and participating parties.
Review requests, prepare required documentation, and provide an initial assessment.
Collaborate with architects and product development teams to define solutions.
Consolidate effort estimations for outreach, build, and testing activities in partnership with relevant teams.
Evaluate impact (e.g., resource allocation) together with the Project Manager and SaaS Service Execution Management (final decision authority).
Communicate outcomes to the client, clearly defining scope, out-of-scope items, and dependencies related to timelines.

Seniority and confidence to handle business-specific communication with clearing brokers, custodians, and asset managers.
Experience in post-trade settlement processes within the buy-side / asset management environment.
Solid understanding of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, ETDs, and OTC derivatives.
Familiarity with data interfacing, mapping, and data/interface requirements.
General knowledge of testing processes (e.g., unit testing, system integration testing) and project delivery requirements.
At least 5 years of experience managing projects within asset servicing operations.
Ideally fluent in the client’s local language (in addition to English), with an understanding of cultural nuances.
Location aligned with the client’s region (e.g., EMEA for European clients).
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
