Onboarding & Credentialing Coordinator

What You’ll Do 

As an Onboarding & Credentialing Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end provider onboarding process and full-cycle credentialing and re-credentialing process for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health clinicians, and other licensed professionals. 
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all required provider documentation, including licensure, board certification, DEA, malpractice insurance, and background checks. 
  • Ensure provider profiles are accurately maintained and updated in internal systems and CAQH. 
  • Maintain and update provider data in Credentialing Platform – Verifiable. 
  • Prepare credentialing files and materials for committee review and approval. 
  • Collaborate with Licensing and Enrollment Specialists to ensure all required information is collected for successful Provider enrollment. 
  • Schedule and facilitate provider Welcome Call. 
  • Communicate regularly with new providers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates 
  • Identify process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency and provider satisfaction. 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, NCQA, CMS, and state regulatory requirements. 
  • Support audits and reporting needs related to onboarding metrics and performance. 
  • Perform other position duties as required 

 

What You Bring & How You Qualify 
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date on the Credentialing industry 
  • Experience in Provider data management and Credentialing management for a multi-specialty practice 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, independent work management skills, and proficiency in working with computerized databases required  
  • Experience working in a growing start up or fast-paced environment 
  • H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent

The role offers an hourly range of $24-26/hr. in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
