Job Overview:
The Marketing Solutions team is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to provide a seamless onboarding experience for our newest clients to set them up for long-term success with our digital marketing product. You will combine your knowledge of the web, social media, and digital marketing with your business acumen to make marketing a part of advisors’ practices.
Responsibilities:
Guide advisors through connecting their social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) to the platform, automation setup, and compliance approval.
Connect advisor CRMs, upload their contact lists, and create proper naming conventions.
Provide exceptional marketing and platform support through various channels (email, video call, asynchronous video, etc.) to address inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Iterate and improve on onboarding and operational process as we scale for growth.
Maintain and update documentation for the team.
Monitor HubSpot portal capacity, social media capacity per portal, and contact capacity per portal.
Provide team training on new onboarding technology and rollouts when necessary.
Serve as a project manager during the onboarding process until the advisor becomes an active user.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align goals, share feedback, and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Guide clients through onboarding requirements in one-to-one meetings and one-to-many webinars.
Support product team with operational processes.

Requirements:
2+ years' experience marketing experience establishing a digital business presence and implementing marketing software systems.
2+ years' experience with inbound marketing tools (i.e. HubSpot), CRMs (i.e. Salesforce,Redtail), and familiarity with web management tools (i.e. FMG, Broadridge, WordPress)
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field preferred; Minimum required: High School Diploma or GED and additional marketing experience
Expertise in web design and redesign principles, best practices, and content management platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Preferred experience in the financial services industry and basic to moderate graphic design skills (i.e. Canva)
