The role is responsible for supporting the enrollment of all new customers into the Platform Data Ecosystem by building processes and logic to ensure that the Customer Relationships are captured for all Platform services the customer participates in. Then continues responsibility for the ongoing alignment of data across systems.
Leads initiatives to analyse complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
