Job Description: Onboarding Analyst

Managing and coordinating data points, follow ups and tracking dependencies to drive the successful intake and assignment of customer projects. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of projects and adherence to timelines. Continuous learning and collaboration with cross functional teams are required, involving project intake requirements.

The candidate will maintain data quality, detect issues, and provide ongoing analytics and ad-hoc reporting to support day-to-day decision making. Additionally, they will develop dashboards, enabling informed business decisions based on accurate and reliable information.

Job Responsibilities: Onboarding Analyst

  • Liaising with all relevant team members involved in project delivery to ensure all steps are in place for smooth delivery

  • Analyze project information to ensure project intake is accurately captured and relayed to supporting teams

  • Creating reports for the progress of the projects

  • Support subsequent business units in developing and implementing dashboard visualizations and other analytical solutions. 

  • Be willing to learn: Develop expertise in areas outside of core comfort zone and learn from experienced members of the team. 

  • Gather data via Quick Base / SQL database/local Excel spreadsheets.

  • Maintain high quality of project database and detect issues

  • Creating reports based on data analysis findings and recommendations

  • Perform regular weekly report, weekly updates, analyze data on daily basis.

  • Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 - 5 years of related experience

  • Knowledge of Quick Base, Power BI

  • Being able to analyze the data is crucial

  • Expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Project)
