Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales and distribution targets within the On-Trade channel. Develop and execute impactful channel strategies, build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and drive sustainable business growth in the assigned area. What You Can Expect

  • Lead and Inspire: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.

  • Drive Sales and Distribution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets, expand product distribution, and secure new On-Premise accounts to maximize market share and revenue growth.

  • Build Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Elevate Brand Presence: Develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional programs to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and consumer engagement in the On-Premise channel.

  • Negotiate and Secure: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure dominant positions in key accounts, optimize pricing strategies, and drive profitable business growth.

  • Develop Talent: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to develop team members' skills, capabilities, and sales performance.

  • Analyze and Strategize: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop and adapt effective sales strategies.

  • Manage Resources: Effectively manage regional advertising and promotional budgets to ensure maximum return on investment and optimize resource allocation.

  • Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance) and external partners to achieve business objectives and drive alignment across functions.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of proven experience in On-Trade sales, with a strong understanding of customer dynamics in this channel. Minimum 3years manager role in On-Trade sales. Experience with a transnational company managing global consumer brands is a plus. 

  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth  

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market data and insights into actionable strategies.  

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and market analysis platforms (Nielsen, etc.).  

  • Valid driver's license.

  • English proficiency (business level of English)
