About the Role
The On-Call Server delivers exceptional dining experiences by providing knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive food and beverage service. This role brings the menu to life for guests by expertly describing dishes, preparations, and flavors, while ensuring seamless coordination between the dining room and the kitchen. The Server is part of the Restaurant & Bar team and reports to the Restaurant & Bar Leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Describe food and beverage menu items with confidence and detail, offering vivid information about flavors, ingredients, origins, and preparation methods.

  • Enter accurate guest orders, including special requests or dietary needs, using the point‑of‑sale system; coordinate service timing and verify completed orders against guest requests.

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to ensure optimal quality and guest satisfaction.

  • Anticipate guest needs, check in on satisfaction, offer thoughtful suggestions, and respond professionally and urgently to any concerns.

  • Follow all Four Seasons Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and safety procedures.

  • Work collaboratively, professionally, and harmoniously with all team members.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with taking guest reservations as needed.

  • Support plating or preparing food items when required.

What You Bring

  • Two years of food service or related hospitality experience.

  • High school education or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to carry and balance trays safely and confidently.

  • Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

  • Strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment.

  • This is an on-call position

  • Days and times may vary depending on business needs.
