The position will average approximately 10-20 hours a week. This on-call position does not offer benefits. This position will be located virtually but will require primary security detail as needed in Washington, DC and other locations when required.

This position is designed to augment the LOL Global Security team on an on-call basis covering primarily the Washington DC area and East Coast. Though they will be used periodically for high-level complex investigations as well as threat assessment and threat investigations, the most typical and regular use will be for our LOL, Executive Services mission. This would include personal security services for our CEO and other high-level ELT members, board members as they visit Washington DC and east coast; as well as provide security advances and staff, major LOL sponsored events. They will serve as the Global Security executive protection and investigative delegates for the Director of Security for Land O Lakes, Inc.

Required Education:

• Bachelors degree or Higher required

Skills and experience:

• 10 or more years of Federal law enforcement background is highly preferred
• Advanced skills in executive or dignitary protection. Preference is given to former U.S. Secret Service or U.S. State Department Dignitary Security Services.
• Advanced skills in Threat Assessment and threat mitigation and analysis.
• Advanced skills in protective advance planning for special and major events visited by dignitaries, world leaders and elected officials.
• Experience in criminal investigations at the federal level, preferably in financial crime, fraud, embezzlement and IP theft and compromise. Preference is given to advanced skills in financial crimes computer and cybercrime investigations and computer related crimes or management over such financial crime and/or cybercrime squads or task forces.
• Vast experience in Domestic and International travel
• Strong report writing and public speaking and presentation skills. A background in law enforcement or security training is highly preferred.
• Special Tactical Training experience, preferred
