Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.Our Banquet and Events team creates unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and bespoke celebrations. At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking motivated On-Call Banquet Waiters/Waitresses to join our Banquet & Events team for the 2026 season.
This on-call position is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking flexible, part-time engagement in a dynamic luxury environment. You will support the successful execution of events by delivering seamless service and ensuring all operational standards reflect the excellence of Four Seasons.
Assist with event set-up, including table arrangements, buffet stations, and room layout preparation according to function sheets.
Perform detailed room checks prior to event commencement to ensure readiness and compliance with standards.
Provide attentive and professional service during events, responding promptly to guest and host requests.
Liaise with event hosts to ensure their needs are met throughout the function.
Manage post-event breakdown, including clean-up, linen removal, and proper storage of equipment.
Report any incidents or operational issues to the Banquet Manager.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B operational procedures.
Greek citizenship or legal right to work in Greece.
Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs.
Availability to be on-call and respond promptly when required.
Previous banquet or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Reliable transportation (access to a car is preferred).
Professional attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong organizational skills.
Part-time, on-call basis (approximately 3–4 days per week, depending on business needs).
Compensation of €80 per 8-hour shift or €120 per 12-hour shift.
