Position Overview: As an OMT Technology PI3 PWE Manager, you will lead a team of skilled engineers in Taiwan, advancing innovations in memory and storage solutions. This role suits an ambitious leader who excels in collaboration and aims to create a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
1. Work with TD/AMD/MTC/FAB PI team on eng reticle tape-out

2. layout related issues such as DR violation/optimization, DRC, DFM, OPC suggestions,and debug all DID process reticle hot spot by layout sanity check

3. capable of creating new inline monitoring patterns to detect process healthy such as CMP underpolish, pattern density, PH OVL/CD shift patterns
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of memory and storage technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in PI3 cell management or similar roles
• Demonstrated ability to improve procedures and attain perfect results
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards while encouraging innovation
