iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Omnichannel Project Specialist VIE within our Marketing team, you’ll join our Immunology Alliance team and drive the execution of our comprehensive 2026 Omnichannel Roadmap.

Main responsibilities:

  • Content Management & Localization: Collaborate with US Kevzara marketing team to manage global content repository, lead content repurposing and adaptation initiatives, and implement unified Veeva Portal operations with GenAI-powered content creation.
  • SEO/GEO Strategy Implementation: Evaluate unbranded global website development needs with best-in-class Search Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO) optimization and assess potential for global deployment with country-specific capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create and manage country team lists, facilitate meetings with key markets (US, Germany), and define Global team formation and governance.

About you

Experience:

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or omnichannel strategy experience.
  • Proven experience with content management systems (Veeva Vault, SFMC) and strong understanding of SEO/GEO strategies.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with AI-powered content creation and localization tools would be preferred.
  • Previous experience in global pharmaceutical companies with certification in digital marketing or project management would be preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms would be preferred.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, platforms, and emerging trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
