You will join Moderna as an Omnichannel & Product Marketing (Sr.) Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager, Insights and Omnichannel Marketing – Germany. This role combines omnichannel execution and hands-on product marketing in a highly collaborative, data-driven, and mission-focused team. You will play a key part in delivering consistent, compliant, and effective customer engagement across digital and in-person channels. Supporting the successful launch and lifecycle of Moderna’s vaccine portfolio in Germany, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support key coordination for Switzerland. This is an individual contributor role based in Munich.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
Supporting the execution and continuous optimization of omnichannel campaigns across digital (email, social, webinars) and in-person touchpoints.
Enabling the effective launch and lifecycle management of vaccine products by aligning global and local brand strategies.
Coordinating and managing promotional and educational product content, ensuring compliance with internal standards and healthcare regulations for Germany and Switzerland.
Translating customer insights and market intelligence into concrete tactical and strategic engagement activities.
Supporting cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Field Teams, and Commercial colleagues to ensure a harmonized customer journey.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Monitoring campaign performance through key KPIs and analytics, using data to inform iteration and optimization.
Maintaining alignment with internal processes, policies, and governance to ensure regulatory adherence in all marketing efforts.
Driving efficiency and consistency across campaigns by aligning customer engagement and product marketing planning.
Contributing to integrated service delivery and insight generation to enhance Moderna’s market position and commercial impact in Germany.
Ensuring tactical execution aligns with Moderna’s broader business objectives in the region, supporting long-term portfolio growth.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Omnichannel, Product Management or Marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven track record in managing cross-channel engagement or product campaigns.
Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and customer landscape.
Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment that is being defined in real-time. You should be driven and willing to think creatively and pursue new or novel approaches to business and market development
