As an Omnichannel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our content creation and OC strategy implementation in the relevant channels for a specific market/audience/brand. You will play a crucial role in driving content creation, developing and executing content plans that align with our business/brand objectives and engage our target audiences.
As part of the Nordic cluster team, your role will drive synergies cross markets to deliver the best customer experience & Omnichannel launch excellence across markets.
The Omnichannel Manager is a dynamic position working very closely with the Country roles (e.g. Brand roles, Medical Affairs …) and above market with Nordics Cluster team members (e.g. OC Insights Specialists, OC Marketing Leads, Martech & Channel Managers).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Omnichannel execution
- Advise in market marketeers in building the Omnichannel Strategy (business partner role):
- Supporting localization of the patient and customer journey and identifying the ‘must win’ moments that represent where to focus to enhance the customer’s current and desired experience.
- Guiding localization of customer (behavior and experience driven) engagement goals for the omnichannel execution.
- Creation of customer centric omnichannel experiences in close collaboration with in-market marketeers and Martech Channel Manager:
- Propose OC content and channel preference, the core elements of the omnichannel mix (channel and content types and themes) needed to reach customer engagement goals.
- Translate the preferred omnichannel mix into an intentionally orchestrated omnichannel tactical sequence & optimal campaign journey.
- Global/regional content plan implementation in market setting: lead the process of creation/adaptation of content to drive engagement with the assigned customer groups, and continuously improve and search to optimize such content before implementation.
- Digital channel management
- Define KPI’s and measurement metrics with a plan around how to measure for each engagement goal and set of tactics.
- Undertake ongoing campaign optimization and enhancements with a focus on continuous improvement, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of future campaigns.
Omnichannel Excellence
- Work closely with Cluster stakeholders to explore new and innovative ways campaigns can be executed, to challenge the norm in a compliant way that improves the customer experience for the assigned customer group whilst mitigating the risk of innovative projects.
- Drive re-use & production of high-quality engaging content across various channels & platforms, in cluster and above markets.
- Contribute to the scale up of best practices within cluster and synergies.
Content Management
- Localize / adapt content from global/regional brand content plans to meet the requirements of digital channels & prioritized campaigns
- Drive the timely implementation of campaign content & visuals (incl web editing) to relevant digital channels:
- implement social medica campaigns and optimize content and design
- plan and create engaging visual and written content to our portals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong experience in omnichannel marketing, showcasing successful campaign management & delivering KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to adapt data-driven omnichannel strategies based on insights.
- Hands on experience in digital channel management
- Strong experience within digital marketing and content creation
- Hands-on experience on creating newsletters and website content; editing copy, optimizing campaigns, photo editing, layout and design
- Expertise in social media campaign execution
- Expertise in the Adobe Suite (Adobe analytics, Abobe Creative Cloud...)
- Story telling skills within different content formats.
- Proven track record in ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing compliance requirements of the market is a must (at least one of the focus markets)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical business and key business drivers.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities in an international & complex matrix organization.
- Proactive and self-directive mindset.
- Fluency in English and one of the languages spoken in focus markets (NL, SWE, FI, NO, DK)
This is a temporary assignment/secondment role intended for time period February until end of July 2026.
