Omnichannel Campaign Lead

The Omnichannel Campaign Lead (Associate Manager, Media Activation) leads the strategy, execution oversight, and optimization of paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and retail media platforms. This role partners closely with Sales, Planning, Accounts, and Ad Operations to deliver high‑performing, data‑driven media programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will own campaign health from launch through reporting, using performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, pacing, and audience match rates to guide optimization decisions. This role also drives improvements in activation processes, communication, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Campaign Performance and Budget Management

  • Own end‑to‑end performance and oversight across a portfolio of campaigns, ensuring timely launches, strong optimization, and accurate reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design media programs to deliver on common advertiser objectives

  • Manage budgets and pacing to maximize ROI while maintaining financial stewardship

  • Analyze performance trends and diagnose issues across platforms, proactively recommending optimizations

  • Ensure campaigns align with advertiser objectives, category priorities, and retail media best practices

  • Anticipate risks and performance challenges, bringing forward‑looking recommendations to sales pods

Customer Success and Account Support

  • Act as the senior Activation lead for one or more sales pods, providing strategic campaign updates and performance insights

  • Support client and internal stakeholder conversations with clear, data‑backed recommendations

  • Distill complex platform setups and performance data into accessible, actionable insights

  • Partner with Sales and Accounts to respond to client questions, escalations, and performance reviews

  • Maintain strong visibility into upcoming campaign launches, live performance, and reporting needs

Collaboration with Ad Operations Roles

  • Partner closely with Ad Operations teams responsible for hands‑on execution

  • Provide clear briefs, pacing guidance, and optimization direction to ensure flawless delivery

  • Validate campaign changes and QA execution to confirm alignment with campaign objectives and best practices

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for campaign setup and optimization standards

  • Mentor junior Activation team members and provide feedback on execution quality

What you bring

  • 5-7+ years of experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and retail media

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, or equivalent

  • Expertise in data analysis, leveraging metrics to justify, optimize and report on campaign outcomes

  • Experience with retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Amazon DSP, or similar

  • Proven ability to manage complex campaign portfolios and competing priorities

  • Confidence influencing cross‑functional partners and providing strategic recommendations

  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong ownership, personal accountability, and attention to detail

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 and $105,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. #LI-AG2
