Job Description
Supports continuous analysis of processes within sales and distribution and focuses on the successful implementation of processes and enhancements by viewing all changes in a holistic manner.Responsibilities
Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Support interpretation of advanced and predictive analytics data, using specialized software tools and functionalities.
Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
Conduct standardized tasks related to tracking and updating business performance metrics in line with the organization's established protocols.
Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer to ensure that the organization has quality data to enable effective customer retention and business development activities.
Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses; investigate and analyze external practices.
Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Minimum requirements:
2 years relevant experience working on a dialler
Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of contact Centre systems, processes and methodologies
Dialler Systems knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
