JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst IT Security to join our dynamic Web Access Management Team.
• Associate who can work independently and will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and seamless functioning of our identity and access management Systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Proficient in configuring and managing Okta and SiteMinder solutions.
• Integrate Okta with various applications and systems.
• Configure and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other authentication mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems and authentication failures.
• Monitor and analyze Okta/SiteMinder performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to recommend and implement best practices.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-7 years of experience in Okta Engineering or Administrator.
• 1-3 years of experience in SiteMinder/CA Identity Manager
• 3+ years of experience in Windows/Linux and Active Directory

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Should have exposure on Jira, Service-Now, APIs
• Okta Certifications, such as Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional, are highly desired.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Agile and scrum model
• Able to work independently
