Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery, including order entry, production scheduling coordination, logistics arrangements, and delivery confirmation, ensuring on-time delivery of mechanical seal products.
- Monitor and resolve order execution exceptions (e.g., delays, quality disputes) by collaborating with production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Providing regular updates on order progress (e.g., production status, shipment timelines) and handling urgent/change requests.
- Assist in delivery timeline confirmation.
- Maintain accuracy in order systems (e.g., SAP) and organize order-related documents.
- Analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate) and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Identify risks in order processes (e.g., material shortages, capacity bottlenecks) and propose optimization solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- 2+ years in order management/execution within manufacturing, familiarity with mechanical seals/pump/valve products is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP systems.
- Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
