Responsibilities:
- Scheduling controlling and monitoring of the engineering phase as well as the production and assembly progress of customer-specific sealing solutions.
- Organization and support of customer acceptance tests (3rd party inspection, etc.).
- Prioritization of orders together with all stakeholders.
- Close cooperation with all specialist departments (Sales, TSS, Engineering, Q-Planning, Planning and Production/Assembly, etc.) .
- Coordination and evaluation of technical changes as well as changes in the scope of delivery.
- Coordination of the required technical documents and timely transmission to the customer.
- Preparation of time and project plans (reporting) .
- Further development and improvement of the order processing process.
- Ensuring timely delivery to the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, material and other related.
- At least 5 years experience in production or order fulfillment management related experience.
- Experience in technical project management.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Good technical understanding.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.
- Independent, conscientious, structured way of working and confident appearance.
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, reliability, Resilience.
