The Position

Position: Officer to MCE Chapter Lead

Working location: Shanghai

Your Opportunity:

Provide daily assistant support to MCE Chapter Lead, including but not limited to:

  • Travel arrangements: arrange and organize travel and hotel reservations for domestic and international travel; help check visa requirements and apply for visas; prepare itineraries and reimbursement.
  • Calendar maintenance: make appointments and arrange meetings on regular or unscheduled basis; prepare appropriate notices
  • Meeting arrangement: organize management meetings, townhall, cycle meetings, etc., generate action items and minutes, and distribute communications
  • Data and document administration: collect and summarize relevant business data into reports and track the status; maintain a proper business filing/database system for easy retrieval and accurate documentation; and keep the confidentiality of the information.
  • General office duties support as necessary: including onboard admin assistance, finance application support, cross-/within-function admin contact, cooperation and communication, etc.
  • Project coordination: provide administrative support for MCE key initiatives, projects or big events
  • Other ad hoc assignments

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or above; at least 5 years working experience, including 3 years of experience in administrative management
  • Good communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Good oral and written English
  • Proactive working attitude and teamwork spirit
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service mindset
  • Problem solving, sense of confidentiality, drive for excellence
  • Attention to details
  • Experience in using Microsoft office applications, including word, power point and excel.
