Job Description
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and potential risks.
Solution Design: Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs.
Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed.
Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases; participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
