Job Summary

The Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves managing project documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards and processes.

The Job

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress against timelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Track budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects remain within scope
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates
  • Support risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Help manage resource allocation and scheduling to ensure project needs are met efficiently
  • Perform site visits and outdoor project coordination as required
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned to improve future project delivery

The Person

  • DSE or above, or equivalent relevant experience will be considered
  • 2–5 years of experience in facilities project coordination or management support
  • Good communication skills for internal and external parties
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS
  • Experience in Facilities Management (FM) operations is an advantage
