Join us and be part of the People Partners Division that works with departments on a spectrum of HR matters.
[What you will be working on]
You will work alongside the team, and support the team on various fronts:
- Implement day to day processes, such as addressing staff queries, processing contract extensions and facilitating internal transfers.
- Work across teams to streamline processes and automate where possible.
- Prepare information and presentation materials that can help guide meetings on areas such as workforce planning, competency and career development.
- Assist with the development and implementation of functional competency frameworks.
Depending on your experience, you may also be assigned to be a People Partner for a small community.
[What we are looking for]
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate follow through on processes.
- Analytical mindset and good tech skills to analyse data, identify trends, optimize processes.
- Proactive, collaborative and strong team player.
- Preferably with work or internship experience in a HR function.
