Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Implement and customize HRSD module functionalities, including Employee Center and Case Management.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and customize Service Portals, including building widgets, themes, and UI pages to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure quality assurance for all developed components.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and apply upgrades as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Expertise in Service Portal development, including widget customization and UI/UX enhancements.
  • Experience with HRSD module (preferred), including Case Management and Employee Center.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
