Summary of Duties
As a Front Desk Specialist you will:

Treats customers, stakeholders, partners, vendors and
co-workers with dignity and respect.
Reception & Front Desk Responsibilities
Greet and sign in visitors and clients in a professional
and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming phone calls; screen and direct them to
appropriate staff or departments.
Administrative and Clerical Support
Scanning and uploading of documents into Orkids.
Issuing gas cards and other client related items.
Meeting and Project Coordination
Attend assigned meetings—including unit meetings, all staff
gatherings
Minimum Qualifications
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
An associate degree in any field; OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions
This position involves working with challenging and sometimes high-energy clients, alongside continuous pressure to meet deadlines. The role frequently requires sitting for extended periods at a desk or computer and occasionally lifting or carrying office supplies, files, or packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Work is primarily performed indoors in a standard office environment with controlled temperature and lighting. Typical office noise includes sounds from equipment, phone calls, and conversations, with occasional louder noises from meetings or visitors. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., This is an in-office position only due to business needs of the agency. with occasional extended hours during busy periods or special projects. The job demands moderate stress tolerance, with occasional increases during deadlines, meetings, or times of high workload.
